    Returned my old S21. Received the new S21 today. And the selfie portrait mode? It works! For whole 3 hours! After 3 hours, it started to do the same thing! I am too disappointed. I was Samsung's loyal customer since S7 edge. I am done with them. Returning the new phone!

    I did factory reset. Going through all the painful process of setting up the phone again. The problem came back after couple of hours. Now I am not sure if should order another S21 or different phone! Very disappointed!
