Do you think a hard reset on my phone could resolve the problem?

Yes, debugging mode is on but nothing happens...

No it doesn't show up in my files app. And I dont use an OTG adapter; this card reader works perfectly on other phones like the S9.

On my galaxy s10 + , I connect an external sd reader (via the USB C port) and nothing happens. The light on the reader doesn't go on. I have tested the reader on a S9 and it works. The usb port works for charging my phone or to transfer data with SMARTSWITCH. Help please.
