This phone came with this feature enabled by default, and touching my ear whilst on a call caused it to pop up.
Thank you for solving the problem. I have now disabled the partial screenshot feature from the additional settings.

Can someone please help me disable this annoying black screen which is used to take screenshots (I guess).
They appear while I am on a call/whatsapp audio call. This prevents me from disconnecting the call quickly.
