It'll be some non-European carrier option. AFAIK European devices must have a unique number and it can't be shared across devices. In fact, I think it is illegal. IIRC on the old analogue networks you could do this. Dialling one number caused multiple devices to ring and whichever answered...

If you want to do it manually, LG have an app for that (reduces the process by a couple of swipes/presses). Actually not much advantage unless you can trigger it from an interactive watch face as far as I can see...

Aye, that's what it does - proves it's working correctly. If you enter an MMI code manually using the keypad you'll see the same thing. It's a single press to dismiss and I like the confirmation all is working as it should.

Not affiliated to the author. The only app I have found that makes use of the watch's INTERNAL GPS to give a position in a variety of formats. Most importantly for me can give me a grid in OSGB format. Niche but if want to use the watch in this way without the phone I can't find anything better...

Yes are correct but the rubber band is too thick to fit through the retaining bar - this would have been my first choice.... I stand to be corrected if one exists that has a enough vertical height to accept the rubber strap, but I have yet to find one.

Fortune favours the bold! Like you I came from a Gear S but all my watches (smart or otherwise) have had a clasp. There is a good teardown on a korean site I looked at re: the antennae and how far they extend in to the band (looks about 1.5 inches). Saying that, as long as one doesn't go further...
