Couldn't find an answer to reply without making an account, but I'm OP. Anway, as Rukbat clarified, it isn't a mono settings problem. As far as I could tell, this version of android doesn't have a built in mono option neither in audio nor accessibility. Is there any way to easily fix a problem...
