You should be able to drop the sound file into the system audio file with a file explorer app and it should be visible in the app. System > Media > Audio Then just put the sound file in whichever folder it reads from. You may need to reboot after you move it there to make it visible. Posted...

There are a few apps available that will do this. I personally use Power Toggles because it also allows toggles for various stuff in my notification shade. You'll get something like this. It displays in the upper left corner. Posted via Android Central App
