I'm having the same problem with my Galaxy s3. If I am watching an embeded video or internet radio my laptop goes BSOD. It happens in both tethered mode and WiFi hot spot. I've never had this happen unitl I started using my new phone to connect to the internet. I an error about a worker thread...
