samsung dont have replacement policy or exchange . we need to purchase a new one and return the old faulty device. i spent half of my day today to get is replaced but i was unsuccessful. i decided not to buy samsung phone from now on

I had the same issue. got the unlocked phone from samsung.com . They (samsung call center) gave too much of hassle to get it sorted out. RESET/WIPE DATE DOESN'T WORK. SAMSUNG DOESN'T REPLACE OR EXCHANGE. So, i spent over 6 hours to get hold of right dept and resolve the issue.. EVEN THE LOCAL...
