    hearind aid icon it was or HAC, simply go to call settings general and disable hearing aid option problem is solves.

    it is up all the time, i dont know what is the reason, but it was not on notification area two days before....

    From past two days there is an unindentified notification on my phone , even it is not listed on sony official site check the file , it looks like an ear having a bar through it and subscript ' T '.
