In case someone finds this thread in 2017, the soundpicker link is not on my LG V20 and of the two choices, Audio does not allow modification, and the Choose Music doesn't bring anything up at all.

Welllll, I am on my second V20 in 3 days and I'm getting very unhappy. It freezes when downloading and I have to remove the battery to get it working again. I've tried using my computer as a go-between, downloading to Downloads and moving the items to the sd card, but it says the V20 is "busy"...

Same here. I can use the Google search and get a list of sites/items but I cannot connect to them. My connection to my router is "very strong" and I have no issues on my laptop. I have two possible connections, the router and a range extender, but neither connection gets me to a site. I have...
