    If you were getting the same treatment from Google's customer service department like the OP, wouldn?t you be a little pissed off? Obviously customer service isn't doing a great job. This is not the first time I heard of Google making someone's life hell.

    Just because Samsung announces the S4 March 15th doesn?t mean Verizon will release it any time soon after. I think we won?t see the S4 till June. So far you managed to stick with the Thunderbolt this long, then I say wait it out. You can?t go wrong with either one.
