I got ahold of customer service to which they told me to power off, hit the power and home key then toggle the right volume when it was powering back on. My Samsung galaxy essentials and gifts widget is blank. I can see the outline if the boxes but that is all. I'm able to click on it and it will take be to it but the widget is just a blank box. Just started happening today. Anyone else experiencing this issue? Posted via Android Central App
