    I got the same email when I picked the S2.. hopefully like people have been saying its a blanket email... I got my ship date... Submission Approved. Preparing for Shipment. Shipping Date estimate: 4/1/2016.. My other order is still shipping date pending.

    Don't use the receipt within the box. it most likely wont work, you will likely get that message saying you're not eligible. Put the date you actually purchased.

    Hey man I had the same issue, what you need to do is find the email you received from Verizonwireless.com when you first Pre Ordered your phone and attach that as a jpeg It needs your Location code, your name and order date.
