    Unlocked note8 has Samsung visual voicemail. It's exactly the same as the Verizon version. The only thing I have noticed that's missing is the video calling feature. On the plus side there is a spam reporting button on the dialer. I don't know if it will help yet but I hope it does.

    How are they tracking returns? The special box I received to return my original n7 didn't have any paperwork with it that would identify me as the sender.

    Can you not return it and then just buy a new one in a day or so afterwards? Looks like I'm in the minority, but I would risk it to keep the unlimited data if that was the only option.

    I have a spigen case (crystal hybrid) and the bottom makes it not comfortable to hold. It also makes the pen harder to get out.

    The upgrade went smoothly for me. I can't tell much improvement though so I'm not sure what the advantage of lollipop is.

    Re: switching from HTC One M8 to the Note 4? The basic functions of the note4 will probably be frustrating to you. For example: The dialer is way slower than on the HTC phones. The HTC phones feel built better. Note4 lock screen doesn't have as many shortcuts. Note4 doesn't seem as loud...
