    I hate say it for those having issues with the KitKat upgrade you will need to do a Factory Reset to fix your problems. I did and could not be more happy with the update, the only thing I need to confirm is that the GPS issue is fixed.

    According to Samsung the Note 8 will be upgraded to 4.4 KitKat. My fear is AT&T is the hold up and not Samsung. Samsung details KitKat update plans for US Galaxy phones and tabs

    Go into Gear Manager and check to see if an update is waiting to be installed. This happened to me in the past.

    I have both and they are great devices. My only complaint is that the S Notes don't sync between the devices because the file is different for the Note 3.

    You assume that I didn't call ahead first I did. I ask if they would price match and they said they would, but once the rep on the phone found out it was from TMobile he said they couldn't. Maybe I could call around and find one that would, but I don't want the watch that bad and the time spent...

    Re: Note 3 Case Thread. It does, but the idea behind a case especially an Otter box is to protect the phone from damage when dropped. Which it failed to do. I have also dropped my phone without a case and had no damage done to the phone. I get why people have cases and I don't fault...

    Re: Note 3 Case Thread. The only screen I have ever broken on a phone was wrapped in a Otter box case :confused:. My biggest concern is the screen and I have a glass screen protector on it.

    I am having the same problem, I will pull a notification down and click on it and nothing happens from the lock screen.
