    All original M7 phones were produced in 2013, so yours can't be relatively new. Usual battery life is about 2 years, even if you don't use the phone. My guess is the battery is going bad.

    Same here. Does more harm than good "cleaning" cached content and idle apps in RAM. The phone is actually running slower after the "cleaning".

    It's too late now. No software fix for hardware damages. The longer you play with it the bigger the damage gets. You had to turn off the phone immediately and put it in a bag of rice for at least 48h. This way you had a chance to save the device. You need a new phone now.
