Think I finally found my problem. I replaced my sview cover with original back cover and it seems to have fixed my issue. Samsung needs to address the sview kitkat compatibility asap! Posted via Android Central App

Update: same problem...very frustrating. I now have a habit of restarting my phone midway through the day, just so I dont experience the issues. Factory reset only fixes issue for couple days, then back to major lag after being on for 5 hours.... Hopefully google releases 4.4.3 soon and...

I'm experiencing the lock screen issue where my phone doesn't want to wake up and allow me to input my password after a few hours of being turned on... seems to be a ram issue as the ram slowly creeps up to 1.5gb used and then freezing after lock screen and lag... I've tried a factory reset...

Same experience here, tried hard reset, removed most apps, turned off gps, tried watchon disable/enable.... this is brutal, wish I never updated to kitkat.... I noticed problem only occurs when memory used hits above 1.1gb... which usually happens about 4h after a restart Posted via Android...
