You can watch streaming 1080p videos via the YouTube app without any pauses. This would suggest the UG802 hardware is not the issue. If you are having problems watching other 1080p sources the problem is choice of player, server or your own connection speed.

Yes, there is a USB dongle. You just plug it in and it starts to work without any setup. Same goes for the Logitech MK320 keyboard and mouse. You can even unplug one of them and hot swap with the other. No need to reboot the UG802.
