    Try factory reset via Recovery. Test your phone for 1-2 days and tell me the result.

    You can root the phone and uninstall via root uninstaller tool. Use Kingo Root.apk, then install System App Remover (ROOT) from play store and uninstall this damn thing. USA have strange apps that can't be removed and that sucks...
