after a few day, i think i can safely say that did it. thank you.

i had that turned on but thought that might be the problem so i turned it off and it still does it.

my ringtone has been lowering itself sometimes to almost off. any suggestions as to why this would be happening?:(

it also changed my alarm sound. it changed it to something much softer and i overslept. thankfully i have my ipad alarm set also.

update 2: everything seems to have magically sorted itself out. i don't know what happened. i did nothing. weird.

had a little accident at work.

the screen replacement is only available to phones purchased after 2.18.14. that cuts out the vast majority of people on these forums. wish it would have been from date of purchase and not starting today. still better than... ALL the other phone manufactures.
