Re: What do you NOT like about the Moto X Pure Edition? Had the same problem, 95% resolved by putting otterbox defender on the phone. The extra grippiness of the rubber base and extra weight help keep the phone very still when taking pics leading to noticeably sharper pics.

I kind of agree. Got the Otterbox for my Pure and while it's ugly I actually like the extra heft it gives the phone. It makes it much easier to get tack sharp photos because I find the phone moves less when I touch the screen to take a photo because of the extra weight. Also, the rubbery...

Hi, sorry I didn't respond sooner. Mines also 5.0.47.7 i DO have the google camera on the phone as well, maybe that was the one that updated. I apologize for starting this circus!

Has anyone else noticed this? When I plug headphones directly into the phone I can use the sound effects, equalizer, ambience etc. If I however plug an external amp into the phone and then the headphones into the amp the equalizer does nothing. This is different than on the Nexus 5x and Nexus 6...

Perhaps there are variances in both the notes and moto x's screens. In my case the X was easily better than the Note 4.

Hi, yes, I had auto on, same with the Moto X. I also have an HTC M8 and it is brighter than the note and Moto X outdoors.
