Never-mind, Talked with a rep and they said I can transfer devices as much as I want as long as it takes the same Sim card otherwise I would have to buy a new Sim.

I actually the other night asked if I could use the sim card activation kit I got on T-mobile.com to activate my phone online with the $30 plan and the rep said I could. I got a bunch of these kits when they were free. Anybody know if I could transfer devices on this plan or would I be stuck...
