You have to reboot your phone. It happens to me all the time but rebooting fixes it.

You will regret that decision wmurch. Your tablet should work now not when it gets updated to Jelly Bean. Android 4.1 works very well on my phone. There is no reason why it shouldn't work well on the tablet.
