This is my concern with the 4. I don't live in a city and I stay in the Black Hills when ride to Sturgis. When in the Hills I get 3 to 4 bars and services don't get a signal. I am hoping the 4 will come out with sim card to work with Verizon. Hopefully I can keep my $15 a month contract. :-)
