I have that problem, too!!! I tried A A on my car in 2017 when the car was new. Driving down the road my radio volume would go very low at not regular intervals. I was getting ready to bring my car into Kia when I realized what was happening!!! To be honest, I Uninstalled A A and never went back...

The Kia guy tried to pair A A with Waze without following directions. A A is somehow on my car now because he was not successful and I cannot get Waze to pair up with A A!!! I have tried Uninstall for both apps on my phone but the car NEVER goes back to the original A A install screen!!! Please...

Every time textra does an upgrade it doesn't allow mms to work for days afterward!!! Unacceptable!!! How can you get to the developers to let them know??? I cannot keep using it if this keeps happening! Stressful to deal with!!! I paid for pro use and now regret it!!! I do not recommend textra...
