I have Verizon Wireless. Where do I find APN settings at? EDIT I have found APN settings, however after about an hour of research, Verizon has blocked the use of APN edit. Should I go to the Verizon store to get it fixed, or is there an app that will allow me to bypass this?

I just recently purchased the galaxy note 5, however I cannot send or receive messages. I tried (sending/receiving) to my friends with an iphone, and other galaxy models. When I sent to someone with a note 4, i was able to send, however not receive. Anybody know why???
