How do I do the wipe with a computer?

I installed TWRP 3.0.0-3 Custom Recovery on my Galaxy Tab 4 SM-T230NT and now, when I try to turn it on it goes directly to the recovery, but I can't use the TWRP menu (the touch screen doesn't work, only the side buttons) and after a few minutes the speaker makes a noise and the tab turns off...
