Mine says "Preparing Dispatch"! Did Anyone else pay for delivery before 10:30 am?

I used to love this feature on my note 2. You could create different style pens and ink colours and just change by pressing the button. Has this feature gone permanently?

The spen can help! Just hold the button and draw a line through the text and it will select it. Took a bit of practice getting the timing right but works great in most apps.
