    Exactly the same is happened on my Subaru 2011 Outback Sport. BT needs to be connected manually any time you start the car

    Re: Bluetooth, paired, but not connected. I have the same car 2011 Subaru Outback Sport, With the same issue. Ones car or phone being disconnected, it doesn't automatically connects back. Install of A2DP Volume does not solve the issue. Any suggestions?
