Yesterday mine died out of nowhere, rebooted and then it won't pass the first google logo screen... I can go in to fast boot mode, but I can't flash anything... Seems like the memory got screw up... I see some with this problem over xda (also nexus 5) Maybe a jtag can fix it, I'll find out in...

Today i found a fix for this problem on MX video... You just gotta select s/w decoder, it is in the top right corner (you probably will see a H/W button, tap there and then select S/W decoder) :)
