Ok.. I did the test and the moto g 2015 torch is a definite improvement. Not only is the G3 flash brighter, it also has a softer light which is not unpleasant for the person you are photographing. Sent from my MotoG3 using Tapatalk

Dude I have the 1st Gen n 3rd gen. I would recommend you to immediately buy the 3rd gen if u have the means!! Don't get stuck on small things. It is better in all respects than 1st Gen. Other than the missing notification lights if u r used to it like I was.. As for the brightness of the torch...

I am sure it is the best trick.. specially since the first instruction is to download ES Explorer from play stores... very smart indeed!! If I could download from play store, I would not be on this page:)
