Download it from the whatsapp site WhatsApp for Android and install it in your phone.

If you are able to go into recovery mode, use a memory card which has the zip file that needs to be flashed, insert it in the phone and try flashing from the memory card.

Does your PC detect your tab at least? If it does you can download the firmware for your device from sammobile and flash it using Odin.

If the keyboard itself is missing, try transferring some keyboard apk from your pc via wifi transfer or USB cable for the moment, once you get the keyboard installed you can try logging in google services.
