    It appears that the phone has to be on Verizon's network in order to get the update to Lollipop.

    No apps for me in Play Store?

    Many apps in the Play Store are not available for me from the phone. If I look for an app from PC, for example, SuperSu, it says This app is incompatible with your device. Same goes for a couple of other which I've checked for. I'm on Verizon Unlocked HTC M7, Android 4.4.2, Sense 5.5
