My Galaxy S3 Power Save mode automatically turns on, even when I have it deactivated. It constantly turns on when my battery hits 30%. I have it turned OFF but it still turns itself ON. How do I fix this so it will not turn ON anymore?

I'm completely lost and I hope somebody can steer me in the right direction. I entered my PUK, then I was asked to enter my PIN, after I did that it said "unlocking SIM card..." but then was promptly asked to confirm PIN again. What is going on with my phone?????? Any advise would be helpful.
