Well I will tell you this with cards over 32GB seem to become unstable. I use them a lot in my Camera and I tend to stay with the 16 to 32GB ones.

So I bricked my phone the other day. I tried to use Odin to fix it with no luck. just before I gave up. I downloaded Kies And did a Factory fresh from the Samsung sever install took about 30 mins and I was back.

I have Verizon galaxy note 2 and for time to time when I get phone a message will come up saying that my call will be recorded I have no apps downloaded for this and it doesn't do it every time when I look for the recordings I can not find them
