Yeah. Tried original SIM card and new SIM that was came with new device and was activated. No dice for outgoing calls on G6. But still works for outgoing with swapped back over to the Note 5.

The only issue I have with this case is that it's a lint trap! It collects dust and pocket lint like crazy. Other then that it's great. Offers some protection without adding a bunch of bulk.

Yeah sure those are all ways of getting around it. There would always be ways around it. I really don't think having the option to enter a password upon shutdown being intrusive though. Just another tool in the tool bag.

Say you lose your device/it gets stolen, how much is Android Device Manager really going to do for you? Why are we able to shut down our devices without entering in the password? I feel that this is a huge oversight? If my device gets stolen, all the person has to do is turn it off, and bam...

The Pixel is worth it. I have been rocking the XL for a month now and battery life is outstanding. There hasn't been a single day where I have gotten less then 3 hours screen time. Most days I get upwards of 5.

I have actually noticed some similar symptoms as of late. Even the last couple days. I will be connected to my sound bar via BT, and say when i place my phone on the table or when picking it up, the audio will stutter until I get settled.

Haha difficult indeed. I am not against rebooting at all. The last year with my PRIV I would do reboots every once and a while. Either to just give the phone a refresh or because of a glitch, etc. However, with the Pixel that hasn't been the case as of yet. Would be nice if it stays that way.

Well I have made it 538 hours since my last reboot. Just got the push for the 7.1.1 update so I have no choice. Might as well do it. Let's see if I can push it to the next security patch.

O darn, I didn't even think about the monthly updates! The curses of having a Pixel and getting those every month. Should have went with a Samsung....

I was thinking about that. But it all came down to $$$....went with the contract. Don't get me wrong, the Pixel XL is still a great phone and got a hell of a deal for it. I was just really excited and looking forward to the V20 for months. Maybe the V30....

That's insane battery life. I thought my Pixel XL was awesome. I really hate LG and the big three carriers here in Canada for not carrying it. I was really looking forward to the V20. Damn....

Ah....perhaps you are talking about a Galaxy S3 or something. I have 66 apps installed on my PXL, and it hasn't slowed down once in over two weeks of not even being restarted.
