Assuming it's USB, you'll need a micro USB to full USB adapter cable. It's the only way to directly read a storage device from your phone thats USB.

Whatever you do, please don't pay for anti-virus on a Smartphone. If you need antivirus for Android then you're not a very good user. Not you personally, just people.
