I agree with the above post. Also, check your "custom ringtone" to see if it has any dead space before it starts to sound. If so, google "mp3 trim" and cut the dead space at the front.

I've only "had to re-boot" once. And guess what, it takes no time compared to BB. ha. I don't think the screen is scratch prone, but I put an anti-glare BoxWave protector on mine, and love it. Its about killing glare and fingerprints as much as protection.

I don't have a Hero YET, but will soon. With all the posts about the firmware update, I haven't seen this issue mentioned either way. Can we get an update on NFL Live since the update? Does the audio stay on when the screen turns off???
