    My outlook app crashes ever 12 or so hours since the latest software update. Tried delete and re install same problem. Is there a bug in the new update?

    I think ill have to save it to a pc or something because they will be exchanging my phone so Ill only have 1 phone at any time.

    .....its taken me weeks to get my s4 set up how I want and now I have to do it all again on an exchange phone, Can anyone tell me if there is a way to back everything up to when I get the new one I can just restore it all?

    my galaxy s4 seems to be using the original messaging set up which I don't like so I swapped to life contacts and now it uses both of them. I also have to download picture messages? how can I make them just display. Thanks
