If you stay in town it won't be an issue, but venturing away from town is where I seen the significant drop in signal strength. At home close to a tower it was equal with my note 7, but the further I got from the tower the difference in signal strength dropped significantly

Do you have a captive portal at your office. A waiver page that you have to sign in with. Mine does and it won't pull up the page.

Any way you could download an app on each that shows the signal strength in numbers. To see how they compare. Did so with my note 7. I'm actually getting a little better than the note 7 number wise but the note 7 will show full bars whereas the pixel shows only 4.

How is the Moto z cellular reception compared to the pixel
