My June Verizon update killed mine.

Mine started off strong but after 3 months and a couple of Verizon Ota updates it now sucks. Need to charge constantly throughout the day. Not happy.

It was the one prior to that. I deferred the one you referenced until just now so hopefully will see an improvement.

Killed my battery life. Verizon has been pushing another one that I keep deferring. None know if this one will fix the battery issues?

The last Verizon update wiped out my 128gb sd card. I will always pull it out for these updates now.

Slightly different SD card issue for me. I have gotten past the issue of the original poster is concerned. But now I constantly am getting an error message from Spotify saying that no storage devices found. My SanDisk Ultra 128 gigabyte card works fine for everything else but for whatever reason...

What is a good app to use to rotate a certain folder of pictures I have saved? I used to use pic speed on my previous phones but don't see it in the Play Store anymore. Thanks for any suggestions.

I understand that and normally would not even think about returning it. However I bought the shield and the case at the same time from Verizon, paid too much for both of them, and had them install them and the rep told me that it would not do exactly what it is doing. Thus I will return it.
