That is shocking !!! Havent they realized that they hare having problems. Would BBB verify if the reply is true or if Google is just making up reasons? On the other hand my phone just arrived. Will have to wait till I reach back home to actually see it though

With respect to the reverse charge, i saw it too yesterday on my account momentarily. However google reversed the reverse charge :) Just shows how screwed up their system is currently

No updates on the ups tracking package whatsover, doesnt look like it has been picked up even

Same here, its supposed to reach on Monday. I did call UPS to check why I am not getting it on Saturday, they said its not a package with priority. Hence it wont be delivered on a Satruday

Is google giving you a free phone :)

I dont know if there is another thread, but the ups label says that it is 2nd day air and the estimated time of delivery is on Monday. Doesnt UPS deliver on saturdays? Or does it count the day the package is initiated as Day 0?

I would not be really happy yet. I know a lot of the shipping orders have gone out and however the tracking numbers for many are not active. Thats a new limbo of a different kind. BTW n4limbo, did you tracking number get active? Can you see where the package is?

Do you see a pending charge on your card? If not I would suggest go ahead and use a card from another bank.

It worked, It worked. My order finally processed after I changed the credit card details. My phone has already been shipped and have a tracking number which is not active yet though

Updated my information to a new credit card and called them to allow the charge to go through. Now fingers crossed and i wait too
