Dear all, I had the same issues. I lost my contacts, my gmail accounts, calender, etc. I took it to a verizon store who hard started it which did nothing to fix the problem. I went to my Verizon store and told them what happened. I am getting a brand new phone (not a refurb)! I would fight if...
