No it has nothing to do with wifi . Thing is that my carrier gives me free internet on my phone only when i am using certain roms and i DO NOT have a data plan with them. So, I don't know why really, thats why im asking here. But i'm not sure if you get what im saying.

Yeah Im pretty sure they don't too. And that's whats weird about it, that i only get free internet on some of them. While at others i don't, and i don't even have an internet data plan, so there's that too.

Yeah, i saw in a forum that some people had that issue after upgrading to 4.3 while being rooted. Either way at the end i decided to try Paranoid rom, and so far it isn't so bad. Its kinda hard to get used to though. But I'll wait to go back to stock when Key lime pie comes out.

I would recommend you to just wipe all data and re-root the device. To keep all your data you could use Titanium backup pro or any other backup app, would recommend titanium though. I am doing that on my nexus 7, i think the fresh start and the 4.3 update will solve some of the slowdown i am...
