Yes, I definitely relock the bootloader. I'm 100% sure my phone is not rooted. I pass the safetynet check and I can use google pay, but not samsung apps. Thanks though. I'm going to call samsung official help.

Thanks for the advice. I've relocked it and the oem lock. But it's not working. I don't understand since knox is fine, how can the apps detect root/unauthorized modification. Which file can record the unauthorized modifications? Even after I've refreshed the official rom through download mode...
