Good afternoon, I don't have a fix for this, but i can confirm i have exactly the same problem with my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 (Stock Android 6.XX) AND Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 (Stock Android 5.XX) since about 2 months. It's very frustrating, tried everthing including factory reset and of course...
