I am having the same issue in that I cant get Google Music to sync to my phone but it uploaded no problem on my desktop. When I go to Accounts->Google->Gmail, it does not give me an option to sync Google Music. I can only sync Google Calendar, Chrome, Drive, and all of the other Google services...
