im really not though, my dad and brothers have done that with like 4 other smartphones and it worked

So i dropped my phone in water today, it got completely submerged. it's only 2-3 weeks old if that. so i put it in the dryer immediately, took off the back plate, all that jazz and i put it in a pair of socks to dry it, didn't work. then i tried to see if it would turn on, the screen flickered...
