    Mine did the same until I did the following. Updated software for phone. Removed battery and sd card. Then put it back together. Cooled off right away

    They did not have the gear available. I believe the one up plan is not available in my state(fl). Side note : sams sells a squaretrade agreement for only 99 bucks and only a 50 deductible. Good deal.
