Hi, I'm most frustrated and hope someone can help me. Whenever I put my samsung s4 on silent or mute, and then receive an SMS it changes my sound profile to normal. I just can't figure out why. I have automate but disabled it and it still happens. Any ideas?! Thanks

Hi Hornsby 16, Thanks for the tip.i tried that but it shows all volume settings as at full, and still no volume. It's so frustrating! Does anyone know what the process is reporting a bug to Samsung?

Hi all, I'm hoping someone can help me, or point me in the right direction for reporting a bug. I've got two issues, Firstly ever now n then my phone stops all sounds. I.e., no ringing, no notifications, no music player - nothing. Resetting the phone fixes it immediately, but is annoying...
